Privacy Policy

Alliance HQ is a community-built Kingshot leadership and account management tool. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected, how it is used, and the choices available to you when using Alliance HQ.

Depending on the features you use, Alliance HQ may store:

• Account information such as your email address.
• Alliance HQ profile information, including display name, timezone, language, and preferences.
• Linked Kingshot account information such as Governor ID, player name, kingdom, alliance, rank, power, TC/TG level, and troop progression.
• Progression history and account snapshots created through player synchronization.
• Combat Profile information, including hero, gear, charm, and progression data you choose to provide.
• Reminder, event, notification, and alliance-management settings.
• Gift-code redemption records associated with linked Kingshot accounts.
• Discord connection information when you choose to connect supported Discord features.
• Support requests, feedback, and screenshots or attachments you voluntarily submit.

Information stored by Alliance HQ may be used to:

• Provide and maintain Alliance HQ features.
• Authenticate your account and keep your data connected.
• Track Kingshot account and progression history.
• Provide alliance leadership and management tools.
• Deliver reminders and notification features you configure.
• Operate connected services such as Discord integrations.
• Respond to support requests and investigate reported issues.
• Improve reliability, security, and user experience.

Alliance HQ does not intentionally make private account information public. Certain information may be visible to other Alliance HQ users when you use sharing features or when your privacy settings allow authorized alliance leadership to view it.

Information may also be processed by service providers used to operate Alliance HQ, including hosting, authentication, database, storage, email, and connected-service providers.

Alliance HQ includes features that may allow profile information, Combat Profile information, or alliance-related information to be shared with other users or authorized alliance leadership.

You are responsible for reviewing your sharing and privacy settings before making information available to others.

Screenshots and attachments you upload may be processed to provide the feature you requested, such as Combat Profile analysis or support assistance.

Do not upload information you do not have permission to share.

Alliance HQ uses reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect stored information. No online system can guarantee absolute security, and users should protect their login credentials and account access.

Information may be retained while your Alliance HQ account remains active or while it is needed to provide site features, maintain security, resolve disputes, or comply with applicable requirements.

When you disconnect a connected service, Alliance HQ revokes the authorization token when possible and deletes the stored connection credentials from its systems. Data already written to a third-party account, such as rows written to a Google Sheet that you own or manage, remains under that provider's control and must be deleted there by you if you want it removed.

You may update many profile, privacy, sharing, notification, and linked-account settings directly through Alliance HQ.

For questions about your stored information or requests requiring assistance, use the Alliance HQ Support & Feedback page. You may request deletion of your Alliance HQ account data and connected- service data there. We will verify the request, explain any data that must be retained for security or legal reasons, and delete the eligible data within a reasonable period.

Alliance HQ may connect with third-party services. Those services may have their own privacy policies and terms, and Alliance HQ is not responsible for their independent practices.

If you choose to connect Google, Alliance HQ requests access to your basic Google account identity (such as your email address), and per-file Google Drive access for spreadsheets that Alliance HQ creates or that you explicitly authorize for use with the app. Alliance HQ uses this access only to connect your chosen Google account, create or select an Alliance HQ spreadsheet, and write the roster data that you explicitly ask it to export or synchronize. The integration uses Google sign-in identity scopes and the per-file drive.file scope; it does not request broad access to your entire Google Drive.

Alliance HQ does not use Google user data for advertising, sell it, provide it to data brokers, use it for credit or lending decisions, or use it to train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine- learning models. Google user data is not accessed for unrelated features. The app does not intentionally read or modify unrelated files in your Google Drive and does not request broad access to all Drive files.

To provide the integration, Alliance HQ stores your Google email, the selected spreadsheet reference, and an encrypted Google refresh token in its database. Tokens are encrypted at rest, are used only to perform the Google Sheets actions you request, and are not shown to other users. Limited operational data may be processed by the hosting, authentication, database, and security providers that run Alliance HQ, under their applicable terms and privacy policies.

You can disconnect Google from the Google Sheets section of the Leadership Dashboard. Disconnecting revokes the authorization when possible and removes the stored Google connection and token from Alliance HQ. It does not delete a Google Sheet or data already written to that Sheet; delete those from Google if desired. You may also request deletion through the Support & Feedback page.

This Privacy Policy may be updated as Alliance HQ changes. The updated date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
