By accessing or using Alliance HQ, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use Alliance HQ.

Alliance HQ is an independent community-built tool designed to help Kingshot players and alliance leadership organize account information, progression, reminders, communication, and related game-management activities.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Alliance HQ account and for activity performed through your account.

You should provide accurate information when linking Kingshot accounts and should not attempt to access another person's account or private information without permission.

You agree not to use Alliance HQ to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
• Upload malicious software, harmful files, or content intended to disrupt Alliance HQ.
• Abuse, exploit, interfere with, or intentionally overload site features or connected services.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority over an alliance or account.
• Upload information, screenshots, or content you do not have permission to provide.
• Use Alliance HQ for unlawful activity or in violation of applicable rules or regulations.

Alliance HQ may store game-related information associated with linked Kingshot accounts, including Governor ID, player name, kingdom, alliance, rank, power, progression, and related account information.

Game information may change independently of Alliance HQ. You are responsible for reviewing information before relying on it for alliance or gameplay decisions.

You retain responsibility for screenshots, text, profile information, support submissions, and other content you provide to Alliance HQ.

By submitting content, you permit Alliance HQ to process and store it as needed to provide the feature you requested.

Some Alliance HQ features are intended for alliance leadership roles and may expose additional management tools or information. Access to those features does not grant authority outside Alliance HQ or within Kingshot itself.

Alliance HQ may rely on or connect with third-party services for hosting, authentication, storage, email, Discord integration, or other functions.

Those services operate under their own terms and policies.

Alliance HQ may be changed, interrupted, updated, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Features provided during beta or testing may change without notice.

Alliance HQ attempts to provide useful and accurate information, but game data, uploaded information, automated analysis, progression records, reminders, and third-party data may contain errors or become outdated.

Users should verify important information before acting on it.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Alliance HQ and its operators are not responsible for losses, account issues, missed events, gameplay outcomes, alliance disputes, third-party service failures, or other damages arising from use of or reliance on the service.

Alliance HQ is an independent Kingshot community resource and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Century Games.

Kingshot, Century Games, and related names, artwork, trademarks, and intellectual property belong to their respective owners.

These Terms of Use may be updated as Alliance HQ evolves. Continued use of Alliance HQ after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.
